Warranty

We believe in what we make. All our backpacks, pencil cases, bags and accessories are tested to the limit so you can trust them wherever you go. 
If your Inbuk product is defected we will repair it and get it back in your hands like it’s brand new. If a repair is not possible, then we will substitute your product.
Inbuk warranties are activated when products are used in normal circumstances and to its purposes.
Any Inbuk product is covered by our warranties, unless said otherwise in its label/tag. 


TWO YEAR WARRANTY
Inbuk products are covered for a two year warranty period where you can:
  • claim a defected product that you acquired by our online Inbuk Store website or an authorized Inbuk retailer;
  • in online sales that the product doesn’t correspond to your expectations, the costumer has a 15 day period, starting from the day the product reaches the indicated address, to trade it for another product.
NOTICE: Please consult our FAQ for how to go about trading your product. 
  • So that we can forward it to our Customer Support and Quality department, the fulfillment of the Damaged/Faulty Product Return Form is mandatory if you are experiencing any of the problems above, click here;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • PLASTIC AND METAL PARTS;
  • ZIPPERS, STRAPS AND STITCHES;
  • during the period of the 2 year warranty - starting from the date indicated in the invoice/receipt – all of the above items are covered by this warranty;
  • if the damage/defect is unable to be repaired, the product will be replaced;
  • if a replacement is not possible, Inbuk gives you the option to substitute it for a product of similar value;
  • Inbuk can repair or replace damaged parts of a product that has been misused/abused, subject to a certain value, informing you in advance if you choose so.

FABRIC AND LABELS
During the period of the 2 year warranty - starting from the date indicated in the invoice / receipt – the above items are covered by warranty.
  • Any abnormality in the fabric coloring and/or in the placement of the label will be analyzed by our department of quality. In case of fabric defect we will replace your product for the same model or for one of equal value;
  • Inbuk won’t replace a product that shows normal wear and tear resulted from everyday use;
  • our labels (fabric, rubber, leather or crust) are tested to be resistant and washable according to the inside label’s instructions. In case of wear, damage, discoloration/fading resulted from not following the washing instructions, Inbuk will not replace your product;
  • damaging resulting from abuse such as tears, cuts, holes in the fabric or ink/cosmetic related stains in the fabric are not covered during this warranty period;

NOTICE: during the two year warranty period, the client will have to attach the invoice/receipt to the product that he wants to be repaired or replaced.


LIFETIME WARRANTY – GARANTIDO PARA A VIDA
After the two year warranty period, LIFETIME WARRANTY – GARANTIDO PARA A VIDA still covers the following repairs:
  • PLASTIC AND METAL PARTS;
  • ZIPPERS, STRAPS AND STITCHES;
  • if our department of quality Inbuk verifies that the damages are resultant of abuse, Inbuk can repair or replace damaged parts of a product that has been misused/abused, subject to a certain value, informing you in advance if you choose so.


RESTRICTIONS 
  • Under any circumstance do warranties allow for monetary refunds;
  • this warranties don’t apply to non Inbuk products: electronic devices, books, etc., even if sold with the Inbuk product. This restrictions equally applies to anything transported in our product;
  • under any circumstance will we take responsibility for damage or loss of personal objects contained in our products, deprivation of use or time and related expenses;
  • damage caused by airlines or transportation companies (tears, cuts/holes in fabric and/or leather or other parts of the product) should be address directly to said companies;
  • Inbuk reserves its right to not repair and charge shipment fees that will be allocated to the costumer, for products that show poor use, carelessness and that aren’t properly cleaned after received at our department of quality;
  • any extra repair that involves costs will only be done after contact with the costumer and only if the costumer accepts the cost of said repair;
  • any products sent to our department of quality without previous contact or filling of the Damaged/Faulty Product Return For will not be accepted. The same implies the payment of shipment fees.
