Where is Inbuk® located?

Inbuk’s HQ are based in Santo Tirso, Portugal.

Does Inbuk® deliver any in the world?

Right now we only deliver to countries in the EU.

How do I use the website?

Simple! You can search for products in the PRODUCTS menu located in the upper bar. There you can find what you are looking for, whether it’s by model, collection, category or even by our best selling products.

Can I register in your website without having to buy any products?

Yes. Click the locker in the top menu and fill the REGISTER fields. You will receive and email with your email and password. After registering you will get to know Inbuk® better and receive the latest news and exclusive sales on our website.

I’m already registered. How do I login?

Click in the locker and fill the LOGIN fields. Just type your email and password, and you are done.

I want to change my account info. How do I do that?

After logging in, click your name in the top bar next to the SHOPPING CART. There you will have access to your personal info. On your left side you can consult your orders and personal access info (or change them).

I’ve picked my Inbuk® product. How do I order it?

In the product page, just click ADD TO CART. You will be redirected to the shopping cart you can finalize your purchase, by clicking CHECKOUT or SHOPPING to choose more products.

I have finalized my order and I am now a LOGIN or REGISTER page, what do I do?

If it’s the first time you are buying Inbuk®, you will have to register. Don’t worry though, it only takes 4 simple steps.

Can I send my order to other addresses?

Yes. You can, for example, send it to your work’s address or even send it to your friend’s house as a gift. YOU CAN NOT change the address after you have completed your order.

I have completed the order but want to change my address, what do I do?

Please contact us, as soon as possible, at info@inbuk.pt with the address change. Our Customer Survice will contact you or send you a confirmation email with the address change.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs can vary according to the volume, product and destination. They are always indicated during the process of your buy.

What are the payment methods I can use to pay my order?

You have two options to finalize your order:

By Multibanco:
• when you opt to follow this method, an exclusive payment reference number will be generated that will be sent to your email. You must use it to complete the payment of your order through Homebanking Online or through an ATM machine. After you do that, the process will be concluded and you will receive a notification in your email to confirm the payment. You have 48 hours to pay for your order. If you dont´t do so, Inbuk® holds the right to cancel your order.

By PayPal:
• automatic process – you will automatically receive a notification by email with your order, the number of your order and a payment confirmation.

How do I know if my product has been sent?

You will be notified by email when your product is shipped.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

We will try our hardest to get your order sent in the closest business day after your order it online. This is how long your delivery will usually take:

Mainland Portugal: 5 business days after we send your order;
Azores and Madeira: 8 to 10 business days after we send your order;
Rest of EU: 8 to 10 business days after we send your order.

How can I know my order is?

You can send us an email asking for the online tracking number. After that you just need to follow the steps we tell you.

How should I do if my product isn’t there on time?

If your product doesn’t get there in time, you should contact us so we can question our shipping company about your order and give you an accurate delivery time. In case there is a problem with the delivery that may result in you have to wait too long, we will send you a new product or refund you the price you payed. In any of both cases, we will get in contact with you.

I’ve got my product, but I don’t like it. Can I return it?

Yes. If you don’t like your product you can return it in the first 14 days after you orderd it online. In order to do that, you need to contact us at info@inbuk.pt, with the number of your invoice/receipt and the reasoning of your return. We will collect your product without any cost.

NOTE: don’t send us your product for return or exchange without contacting us first. It will be refused and returned to the sender. We won’t accept products that show signs of use or abuse. We will only accept products with the original hang tag and it’s respective invoice/receipt.

What type of warranty do I have on my Inbuk® product?

Lifetime Warranty!
Our products are guaranteed for life. This means that, no matter what age, if they present any sort of manufacturing defect, we will repair or trade them.

What should I do to return an Inbuk® product for repair?

Just go to the LIFETIME WARRANTY page on and fill out the form. It’s mandatory to attach photos so we can review the type of defect. You will then receive an email us, with all the informations and procedures (address and contacts) so you can return your product safely. Don’t forget to send us the invoice/receipt, as it is also necessary. We advise our clientes to pick methods of payment that have tracking options and that need a signature at the delivery.

Will I have to send it?

As indicated in the terms of our Lifetime Warranty, and if your product has less than 2 years and a manufacturing defect, Inbuk® will collect your product for free.
If you have your product for more than 2 years, shipping costs will have to be supported by you. You must always fill de repair form and attach photos.

NOTE: please read our Lifetime Warranty terms.

How long will my product take to get repaired?

Usually repairs are done in the space of two weeks after our Department of Quality receives your product. At max. it can take 25 business days.

How do I know the state of my repair?

From the tracking number you can know if the product has been delivered. After we receive it, we will repair it according to the deadlines in the previous questions. If you still want to know more , please send use an email to info@inbuk.pt or contact us on:

I have a store and I would like to become a reseller of your products. What do I do?

If you are a shop owner and like our products, you only need to register as a RESELLER by clicking in the locket in the top bar. Your information will be submitted and analyzed by the responsible team and we will get in contact as soon as possible.

How can I wash/clean my Inbuk® products? Instructions of use for 600D Polyester products (backpacks, gym and fitness bags, pencil cases).

  • Follow this instructions for washing  your backpack (unless the hang tag that came with your backpack tells you
    not to);
  • you can wash it in your washing machine in a short cycle with a
    colored clothes detergent;
  • never above 15 minutes;
  • at a temperature never
    higher than 30 degrees Celsius; 
  • never use bleach or fabric softener;
  • You can
    spin the backpack in a short cycle at a maximum of 6000 rpm;
  •  Hang/dry your backpack in a shaded place.


NOTE: while manually cleaning, do not
leave your backpack in the water.

Instructions of use for 600 D Polyester + leather details products (handles, strap, icon and leather labels (backpacks, gym and fitness bags, pencil cases)

Carefully follow the washing instructions that
are inside the backpack (unless otherwise stated on the label accompanying the
backpack):
  • you can wash it in the washing machine in a cold short cycle with a
    detergent for colored clothes;
  • never more than 15 minutes;
  • never use bleach
    or fabric softener;
  • You can spin the bag in a short cycle at a maximum of 5000
    rpm;
  • Hang/dry your backpack in a shaded place;
NOTE: while manually cleaning do not
leave your backpack in the water.





Instructions of use for 600 D Polyester + leather bottom (crute (nubuk)/crust + leather details (handles, strap, icon and leather labels)

With this type of product it is imperative to
carefully follow the washing instructions that are inside the backpack (unless
otherwise stated on the hang tag  accompanying the backpack).

  • you can wash it in
    the washing machine in a cold short cycle with detergent for colored clothes -
    never more than 15 minutes;
  • never use bleach or fabric softener;
  • You can spin
    it in a short cycle
    at a maximum of 5000 rpm;
  • Hang/dry your backpack always in a shaded place.

NOTE
: while manually cleaning do not
leave your backpack in the water. Do not use any chemicals, i.e cleaning products. Be carefull when over exposed to sunlight and extrem heat.




Leather is a natural product that will change
over time depending on the use you give it. If you prefer, use only a cloth or
a steel bristle brush to clean the backpack leathered bottom. The leather may
additionally be protected by applying a waterproofing spray. Do not use any other
cleaning chemicals.
Limit the exposure to extrem heat and direct sunlight.

With this type of product it is imperative to
carefully follow the washing instructions that are inside the backpack (unless
otherwise stated on the hang tag accompanying the backpack):

  • you can wash it in
    the washing machine in a cold short cycle with detergent for colored clothes -
    never more than 15 minutes;
  • never use bleach or fabric softener;
  • You can spin it
    in a short cycle at a maximum of 4000 rpm
    .


  • Hang/dry your backpack in a shaded place.

NOTE: while manually cleaning, do not
leave your backpack in the water.
